Smoke Detector Replacement Across Arizona
Based in North Phoenix, working all of metro Phoenix. One licensed-electrician crew, one visit per home, and a per-unit price you know before we cross town to get to you.
Where we work in Arizona
The crew rolls out of North Phoenix and covers the whole metro: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Carefree, Fountain Hills, Peoria, Glendale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert among them. Somewhere else in the Valley? Call and we’ll confirm scheduling for your area on the spot.
We schedule by area to keep drive time out of your price. Pricing stays per unit, with labor, materials and tools included, wherever in the metro you are.
What we do on an Arizona visit
Smoke detector replacement
Expired, chirping or failed alarms replaced as a set in one visit, interconnect tested, old units disposed of.
Hardwired & interconnected
Most Valley homes built since the nineties run hardwired, interconnected alarms. That’s household wiring, handled by licensed electricians.
CO & new installations
CO and combination units replaced, and new detectors installed where coverage is missing, placed to NFPA and manufacturer guidance.
Adding coverage rather than replacing? Smoke detector installation is its own service.
Arizona has rules about this.
Under ARS §36-1637, Arizona landlords are responsible for repairing an alarm after written notice that it has failed. The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and alarm manufacturers both recommend replacing smoke alarms every 10 years. Homeowner or landlord, the ten-year clock is running either way.
Property manager with units across the Valley? Ask about portfolio standardization: per-unit pricing and documented replacement dates. Get in touch.
Metro Phoenix
Scheduling across the metro from our North Phoenix base. Most replacement visits run under an hour once we’re at the door.
Scottsdale & Paradise Valley
Bigger homes with 20 or more detectors get the same deal: the whole set replaced in one visit, priced per unit.
One call covers the whole house.
Count your detectors, name your city, and the per-unit price (labor, materials and tools included) is yours before we arrive.
